Tom McCarthy is Campaigns Officer at Shelter.
Tom McCarthy has been a campaigner at Shelter for the past two years, following campaigning and communications roles at both Oxfam and the National Trust.
During his time at Shelter he’s focused on a range of private renting campaigns, and policy and campaigns projects to increase the supply of new homes.
