Tim Larden has worked for Endsleigh for 15 years and leads the broking services team. This team of 83 people handle complex insurance and financial risks, specialising in the third sector. Innovation is crucial because customers in this sector are typically engaged in a wide range of diverse activities in an environment of ever emerging new risk trends, such as new technology or legislation.
