Kim McGuinness

Kim McGuinness is Education Sector Manager for Endsleigh Insurance Services.

Kim is responsible for developing and supporting a series of high profile programmes which connect students, students’ unions and education institutions with Endsleigh in new and innovative ways. Kim has a special interest in employability and student development and previously worked at The University of Bath Students’ Union.

She is currently Chair of the National Association of Student Employment Services (NASES), the umbrella organisation for employment services in colleges and universities across the UK. In the last year Kim has developed a long term strategy for the NASES and has been awarded honorary life membership for her work there. She also sits on the NUS Student Opportunities Direction and Oversight board.

Kim is regularly asked to speak at conferences and events on student engagement across the sector, with a particular focus on the employment market, skills development and commercial development. A key part of her current role is managing the relationship with NUS, large educational trade unions and education sector organisations. She regularly attends and helps organise key events across the academic year.
