About the NUS Scotland Awards
We campaign on current issues and change the lives of students on a daily basis.
We continue to build a national movement with training, support, and knowledge passed from generation to generation of student and student officer.
This strong national movement champions the rights of students and improves the long term future of education for the benefit of society.
We constantly seek out our next battle, no matter how big or small, so that we can continue to improve the lives of students and all those wanting access to education.
But sometimes we need to reflect.
The work we do across Scotland in the student movement is incredible and, for one evening, we should stop thinking about our next battle and celebrate our success. Celebrate the work of your association; celebrate the work of officers, of staff and also of those inspirational students that go above and beyond to help their peers.
The NUS Scotland Awards, now in their third year, aim to do exactly that.
The NUS Scotland Awards ceremony will be held at NUS Scotland Conference which will take place on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17March at the Apex Hotel, Dundee, with the awards ceremony on the evening of the Saturday.
The official twitter tag for the NUS Scotland Awards will be #NUSScotAwards – you can use this to let people know you are entering, or even inspire someone to enter that you think is worthy of one of these prestigious awards!
