Students’ Unions

4. How is the union perceived by its members, stakeholders, officers and staff, and what is it doing to improve its perception?
Campaigns
1. What did the campaign set out to achieve?
2. How was the campaign delivered and who was involved?
3. What did the campaign achieve and what change has been made to students and the community as a result of the campaign?
Enterprise
1. What are the main aims of the enterprise/venture and who was involved in creating it?
2. How does the enterprise ensure that its services have responded to the needs of those using the service and how are they delivered?
3. How does the enterprise/venture show innovation and the ability to ‘make things happen’ by overcoming challenges?
Student Opportunities
1.What new initiatives, projects, clubs or societies have been set up as a result of students’ wishes?
2. How has the students’ union made sure the members feel able to participate in activities and how have these increased the opportunities available for students?
3. How have activities and opportunities benefited the student population or the wider community and what changes have been made as a result?
Diversity
1. How has the students’ union demonstrated and strengthened its commitment to equality and diversity in the past year?
2. How has the students’ union ensured that the views of a diverse student population have been heard effectively? What projects, campaigns or innovative ideas has the union worked on that demonstrate these practices?
